Here are a few Hints and Tips that I myself use, to take the best care of my skin and give you a radiant glow.
1. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day
2. Junk food will reflect poorly on your skin, be sure to eat nutritional food
3. Atleast 8 hours of sleep per night
4. although fresh air is good for you try to avoid prolonged exposure to wind and cold
5. Maintain a regular exercise schedule. Exercise will increase the blood circulation in your body helping to keep you fit and healthy
6. Avoid exposing your eyes to direct sunlight as this causes your eyes to squint increasing the chances of crows feet, be sure to wear sunglasses
7. Remove all make-up before going to sleep
8. Exfoliate twice a week to prevent build up of dead skin cells
9. Try to achieve a well-balanced life style and avoid stressful build-ups
10. Develop a skin care routine specific to your skin type.
